- Description
|
- High quality solutions of dATP, dGTP, dCTP and dTTP are available
either as individual nucleotides or as a mixture of all 4 nucleotides
for use in DNA synthesis. Solutions are available at 2 mM (x10 concentrated),
20 mM (x100 concentrated) and 100 mM (x500 concentrated). 2 mM and 100
mM solutions of dUTP as well as biotin-11-dUTP are also available for
synthesis of uracil-containing DNA and non-radioactive labeling.
- dNTP solutions are made with sterile deionized water and adjusted
to pH 7.0 with NaOH.
